SUBSTANCE: device contains m subsystem availability calculators. Each one of them includes: amplifier (1), two adders (2-3), divider (4) and delay element (5). The device also contains system availability calculator (11) consisting of m-1 multipliers; unit (6) of m-2 delay elements; time clock (9); biased multivibrator (8); comparator (12), switches (7, 15); two delay elements (10, 13), memory element (14) and output circuits unit (16) each one of which represents memory element (17) and switch (18) connected in series.

EFFECT: expansion of device application area and informative possibilities due to determination and presentation to user calculated values of subsystem operability recovery times and system availability factor.
