FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: according to invention, electrochemical device, comprising electrodes, electric connector and layer of hard electrolyte arranged from mixture of metal oxides, including dioxide of zirconium and metal oxide selected from group that includes the following components: calcium oxide, magnesium oxide, rare-earth elements oxides, or their mixtures, additionally contains mixture of bivalent and tetravalent uranium oxides in the following amounts: for electrolytic layers - 0.1 - 0.5 wt %, for electrodes - 0.2 - 2 wt %, and mixture of uranium oxides complies with ratio UO2-x, where x equals 0 - 0.1 for electrolytic layers and is equal to 0.2 - 0.4 for electrodes.
EFFECT: reduced efficient specific resistance of electrochemical device, improved efficiency of its electrochemical processes.
