FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used as electrodes in development of electrolytic cells, fuel elements and other devices. According to invention, electrode arranged on the basis of perovskite compound with electronic conductivity with additives of electrolyte having the following composition - Bi2O3 -Y2O3 or mixture of electrolytes Bi2O3 - Y2O3 and ZrO2 - Sc2O3 or Bi2O3 - Y2O3 and ZrO2 - Y2O3 and applied onto surface of hard electrolyte with oxygen-ion conductivity, additionally contains between electrode and hard electrolyte intermediate layer made of mixture of bivalent and tetravalent uranium in amount of 85 - 97 wt % and hard electrolyte 3-15 wt % with thickness of 2-10 mcm.
EFFECT: improved electrochemical activity of electrodes, which exhibits in reduction of electrode polarisation resistance in cathode and anode processes.
