FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: at transmitting side, noise combating code is generated which code is transmitted to communication channel. At receiving side, in accordance with results of noise combating code decoding, experimental block statistics of noise combating code receive is calculated; root-mean-square deviation of experimental block statistics of noise combating code receive from theoretical block statistics of noise combating code receive is calculated; quality parametres of communication channel with independent and grouping errors are determined which parametres provide minimal value of root-mean-square deviation of experimental block statistics of noise combating code from theoretical block statistics of noise combating code. In this process obtained quality parametres of communication channel are compared with thresholds and in case when quality parametres of communication channel are greater than threshold, noise combating code with known information is transmitted. At receiving side, transmitted noise combating code is subtracted from received noise combating code and error sequence is obtained. Then quality parametres of communication channel are calculated.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy of communication channel quality control.
