A mobile data broadcasting system includes a first device for managing information of a broadcast service subscriber which generates at least one notification message in accordance with at least one event notification and generates a reply message which denotes the end of generation of the notification message; and a second device designed for transmitting the event notification message, for requesting generation of a notification message by the first device in accordance with at least one event notification, which receives the reply message and the delivers the notification message over a data broadcast channel or over an interaction channel.
