SUBSTANCE: system is proposed to report on extent of broadcasting service reception in broadcasting system. Network object sends a message with specification of reception extent report, indicating at least one type of broadcasting stream service reception extent measurement. Terminal receives a message with specification of reception extent report and sends a message with the report in reception message, including extent of reception, indicating ratio of expected total quantity of packets, indicating total quantity of packets, which terminal expects to receive within interval of reception extent measurement in accordance with type of measurement specified in the message with specification of reception extent report, to received total quantity of packets, indicating total quantity of packets, which terminal receives within interval of reception extent measurement.
EFFECT: invention provides for efficient tuning of broadcasting quality in compliance with reception environment during transfer by means of report message on extent of broadcasting service reception in broadcasting system.
