SUBSTANCE: production method of flavoured coffee drink involves extraction of anisetree with liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of girasol-sunflower, drying of it in microwave field and roasting, cutting of briers, their drying in microwave field, roasting of barley grain, acorns, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya. Then girasol-sunflower is mixed with briers, barley grain, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya in the mass ration of 2:1:6:6:1:1:3 by putting them into cryomiller shell. The obtained mixture is impregnated by separated miscella with simultaneous pressure boost to the value corresponding to nitrogen saturation vapour pressure at the impregnation temperature and depressurisation until atmospheric pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and its cryomilling in medium of evolved nitrogen are performed.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
