FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to piezo-, segneto- and pyroelectric materials and may be used to develop working elements in devices of piezoelectric engineering, optoelectronics, in various types of devices and instruments, as temperature detectors, etc. Method for production of piezoelectrics based on lead germanate with composition of PbGeO3 includes melting of charge from initial components, at the temperature of 970-1100°C, with delay of at least 20 minutes, further tempering of melt on air with production of glass and further crystallisation. Melt is tempered between copper plates, and further crystallisation of glass with production of ceramic is carried out on isothermal mode at the temperature of 470°C for 60 minutes.
EFFECT: improved heat stability and mechanical strength of products.
