SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a polymer composition of tribotechnical and structural purpose based on ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE). Polymer composition as modifiers contains 2-mercaptobenzothiazole, sulfur and magnesium oxide. Components of: UHMWPE - 97.0-98.5 wt%, 2-mercaptobenzothiazole - 0.5-1.0 wt%, sulfur - 0.5-1.0 wt% and magnesium oxide - 0.5-1.0 wt%.

EFFECT: development of wear-resistant composite material for production of tribotechnical and structural articles operated in conditions of abrasive wear in aggressive media - oil, greases, fuel, acids and alkalis.
