FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used to care for non-ambulatory patients and the disabled. The apparatuses are comprised of structures, easily assembled by means of threaded connections and transportable in a passenger car. Each apparatus has four easily removable folding side rails, wherein each of the rails, except for the lower non-operating position, has two operating positions: vertical and inclined at 45 degrees relative to the vertical. Additional units can be screwed or attached to each of the side rails. Circular pipes attached to the side rails, whereon sheets of fabric are wound using reducers, provide power movement, most comfortable to the patient. When the fabric is wound on the pipes located on opposite sides of the bed, the patient can turn over from the back to the chest and vice versa, or rise up for changing the bed sheet or the mattress. Four curved cover plates can be installed on the side rails fixed at an angle of 45 degrees, wherein each of the plates is covered with a soft element on the upper side and has protrusions on the lower, metal side, ensuring installation without displacement supported by the bed and the side railing. The bed expands by a meter in width as a result. If the plates are installed on the bed with a lateral inclination, this therein provides a possibility of turning the patient from the back to the chest and vice versa. A set of metal objects constituting combs, pipe sections with holes, hinges with two pipe sections, pipes with welded supports of a certain shape, covered with soft elements and assemblies with sockets for combs, are provided, wherein assemblies covered with soft elements can be attached to one pipe section of a hinge, and lever pipes can be attached to the other pipe section of a hinge, providing an opportunity for the caregiver to perform auxiliary actions with a low physical load for more efficient use of other equipment of the presented apparatus. For example, slipping a bed sheet under the patient or maintaining the position of the patient when moving equipment between stages of impact of other equipment of the presented apparatus. The apparatus for comfortable power movement has an attached electric engine with a gearbox, allowing moving or lifting the patient in a required direction.

EFFECT: provided is possibility of comfortable rotation of the patient relative to the longitudinal axis and the possibility of changing the bed sheet and the mattress with no load or moving the patient between the bed and the stretcher.
