FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport, particularly, to freight car axle box supervisory control systems. Proposed method comprises recording intolerable axle box temperature increase, applying fluorescent mark thereto, and releasing air from brake line. Temperature increase is transformed into proportional displacement of indicator arranged outside axle box. Note here that mechanical memory is used to register maximum displacement to decide on axle box heat conditions.
EFFECT: higher reliability, ease of use, expanded performances.
