FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: evaporator contains horizontal evaporating tube (1) with end covers (2.1 and 2.2), tanks for evaporation (3.1 and 3.2), heaters (4), electrically-operated independent to each other, unit for withdrawal of evaporated metal or alloy, inlet port for feeding of evaporated metal or alloy (7). Inlet port (7) allows U-shaped form for providing of hydraulic hitch, is located from the side of end cover (2.1) and is connected to tank for evaporation (3.1). Tanks for evaporation (3.1 and 3.2) are located by all length of evaporating pipe (1) and are installed parallel to each other in horizontal plane and connected to each other by bleed channels (8). Heaters (4) are installed inside the pipe (1). Ends of heaters (4) from the side of end cover (2.1) are located around inlet channel (7), electrically isolated by rings (9) from it and are connected to current contact jaw (10). End cover (2.2) is connected to other ends of heaters (4) and current contact jaw (11). Unit for withdrawal of evaporated metal is implemented in the form of channels (5), located in heaters over tanks for evaporation (3.1 and 3.2) and contain spray-type heads (6).

EFFECT: productivity improvement and reduction of power consumption and heat-loss at keeping of quality of received fine-grained and superdispersed powders of metals and alloys.
