SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in ICE valve gear. Proposed device comprises shaft part (17) made by fitting inner camshaft in outer camshaft composed by tubular part. Shaft part (17) is actuated by ICE crankshaft. Initial phase cam (20) is arranged on outer periphery of outer camshaft. Moving cam (22) is arranged to run about outer camshaft axis. Connection means engages moving cam (22) and inner camshaft and allows relative displacement of both inner and outer camshafts. Said relative displacement varies moving cam phase relative to initial phase cam. Said connection means represents a pin-like part to be fitted in moving cam (22), inner and outer camshafts to transmit said relative displacement to moving cam. Said pin can displace along radius from one position to another position relative to inner and outer camshafts while locking section inhibits its ejection.
EFFECT: decreased friction.
