FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: to heat carrier - kerosene, transformer oil, waste oil - there introduced are carbonyl iron nanoparticles with size of 3.0 to 15.0 nanometres with concentration of 10.0 to 15.0% of heat carrier volume, which are covered with surface active substance - oleinic acid, and borehole heat exchanger is provided with three-phase linear electromagnets which are fixed throughout the length of borehole heat exchanger and provide translational movement of heat carrier in the well. Transfer of magnetic active heat carrier with travelling magnetic field of three-phase magnets is much more effective and allows considerable reduction of power consumption in comparison to pumping of heat carrier through the well by means of high pressure pumps. This also allows decreasing the pipe thickness for pumping and reducing material consumption and power consumption of the whole process.
EFFECT: development of self-sustained cold and heat supply system of buildings and facilities, which provides the heat carrier movement via pipes of heat exchanger without using any mechanical pumps and providing complete tightness of the system.
