FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for water heating and can be used in heat engineering. Hot-water heat-extraction recovery boiler of tower type includes load-carrying frame made so that two boiler bodies with convective heating elements can be installed in it. Each wall of boiler body is made of heat-insulating panels of sandwich type, which have external load-carrying surfaces and internal layer made from sheet material and arranged between external load-carrying surfaces. Each boiler has exhaust box with fabric heat-resistant expansion joint, which is connected through control dampers to boiler body, inside which there arranged is bypass flue gas duct provided with possibility of bypassing flue gases by convective heating elements, and splitter silencer, and connected to flue gas box with expansion joints and shutoff dampers.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in reliability and operating efficiency of recovery boiler, simplifying operation and repair of recovery boiler, decrease of overall dimensions and cost of heat generation, as well as increasing operating safety owing to decrease of emission level.
