FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves using a water-organic immiscible system to extract metals from solid particles of natural material. To prepare the extraction agent, 2M solutions of pharmacopoeial antipyrine and analytically pure 2 - aqueous sulphosalicylic acid are used in volume ratio of reagent solutions equal to 2:1 and thiacyanate anions are added in form of an analytically pure salt of potassium rhodanate in amount of 0.1 mol KSCN per litre of the mixture of reagents with subsequent cathode concentration and element-by-element gravimetric analysis of metals using a votammetric method in ex situ mode in a single chemical analysis act.
EFFECT: possibility of determining zinc, cadmium, lead and iron in a single chemical analysis act in an atomiser, reduced toxicity, use in large-scale monitoring.
