FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: production method of instant powder for making flavoured coffee drink involves extraction of nutmeg with liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting of girasol-sunflower, drying of it and roasting, cutting of rosehips, their drying, roasting of barley grain, acorns, kernels of nuts, kernels of fruit pits and soya. Then girasol-sunflower is mixed with rosehips, barley grain, nut kernels, kernels of fruit pits and soya by loading them into cryomiller shell, the obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella and raising the pressure at the same time. Then depressurisation is performed till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and cryomilled in medium of evolved nitrogen follow.
EFFECT: method enables to produce flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
