SUBSTANCE: method involves extraction of almonds blossoms with liquid nitrogen with corresponding miscella separation, cutting, drying of girasol-sunflower in a microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting it. Moreover, the method involves cutting, drying apples in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying them up by convection, drying black chokeberry in microwave field at preset process parametres and drying it up by convection. Then girasol-sunflower is mixed with apples and black chokeberry, the obtained mixture is impregnated with separated miscella with simultaneous increase in pressure. It is followed by depressurisation till atmosphere pressure with simultaneous freezing of mixture and cryomilled in medium of evolved nitrogen.
EFFECT: method enables to produce new flavoured coffee drink out of unconventional raw material according to nonwaste technology.
