FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric logging of wells. Logging instrument is delivered into shaft of well, which is drilled through thickness of rocks, at the same time logging instrument has the first transmitter with the first axis and the second transmitter with the second axis, passing at the angle to the first axis. The first and second magnetic fields are sent to the thickness of rocks by means of the first and second transmitters at least at the same frequency. The first and second magnetic fields are received, which serve as a response of interaction of the first and second transmitted magnetic fields with thickness of rocks. Components of received first and second magnetic fields, which are cophased with transmitted first and second magnetic fields are measured. Single-frequency components of received first and second magnetic fields cophased with transmitted first and second magnetic fields are processed, by means of inversion without application of imaginary components of received first and second magnetic fields for detection of horizontal and vertical specific resistances.
EFFECT: provision of possibility to use only cophased components for detection of horizontal and vertical specific resistances.
