FIELD: oil-and-gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: well logging instrument contains a case, a transmittal, containing of a single antenna and located on the instrument case, four receivers, every of each contain a single antenna, located on the instrument case and remote from the transmittal for creating of four antennas systems, and an electronic block for four antennas system operation control. The transmittal can generate a magnetic field with a lateral component. Every out of four receivers is sensitive to the magnetic field, generated by the transmittal. At least one of the four receivers is sensitive to the magnetic field lateral component. Four antennas system are able to provide measurements, of at least tree submersible research. At least one of them provides submersible research near by the dottomhole. The second version proposes use of a single controller with two antennas, two receivers with a single antenna each, and the third receivers with two antennas. The third version proposes use of a single transmittal with three antennas, two receivers with a single antenna each, and third receivers with three antennas.

EFFECT: apparent resistivity reliable measurements without preliminary knowledge on reservoirs anisotropy and permeability.
