FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises frame, brackets, stands of S-shaped blades. Device is equipped with motors, shafts of which are hingedly joined by transmission shaft with bracket of each S-shaped stand of cultivator. Motors are installed in turns first on the left than on the right end of each row of blades. Middle part of bracket has openings arranged coaxially with finger of electromagnet fixator, which is mounted with the possibility of insertion into each opening. Brackets, with their upper end, are hingedly joined to upper part of blades with the possibility of displacement in them and fixation in specified positions. On upper part of lower bend of each side S-shaped stand there is an eye rigidly installed as hingedly joined to lever of electromagnetic fixator switching contact with the possibility of angular rotation of lever. Upper part of bracket is arranged with the possibility of detachment and radial motions and has slot, where lead that is rigidly fixed on motor shaft freely enters. On internal side of upper part of bracket along axis of symmetry there is rolling body installed in triangular seat, and on the opposite side of blade along the same axis of symmetry on insert of upper part there is rolling body installed in triangular seat. Middle part of bracket is arranged as curvilinear, is installed vertically with clearance versus end of blade and frame and on the opposite side of S-shaped stand versus motor, which is installed on the left to S-shaped stand versus direction of machine motion. Method includes adjustment of travel depth in process of soil cultivation with application of above-mentioned device.

EFFECT: such technology and structural design will make it possible to provide for even treatment of soil in field by depth.
