SUBSTANCE: absorbing product includes framework which has upper layer and back layer, connected with upper layer, and absorbing body located between them. Strip of barrier cuff includes anterior and posterior ends respectively, in frontal and back belt area, proximal and distal edges, connecting anterior and posterior ends. Distal edge of barrier cuff strip is fixed to upper layer in end connecting area of cuff, which has external edge of connection in anterior or posterior end of barrier cuff strip and internal connective edge, distant longitudinally from external connective edge. Lateral insert is connected to framework in frontal or back belt area in connective area of insert, passing between external edge of insert connection and internal edge of insert connection. Lateral insert includes elastically stretched material. Distance from transversal axis to internal edge of insert connection constitutes at least 1/4 of distance from transversal axis to internal connective edge of end connective area of cuff.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve fitting of product to body, reduce probability of sliding and slipping down of product
