FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to means of personal hygiene, namely to disposable absorbing items, and is intended for use by people that suffer from incontinence. Disposable absorbing item, comprising barrier collar strips oppositely arranged in longitudinal direction and attached inside and at least one unfolding belt strip. Each side valve is formed by folding part of absorbing assembly in transverse direction and has an elastic collecting element passing in longitudinal direction and attached next to its proximal edge. Belt strip has fixed end part and opposite first and second edges, which connect fixed end part and opposite free end part. Belt strip is attached in fixed end part and is arranged with the possibility of unfolding by separation of free end part and folding in transverse direction outwards along diagonal line of bending. Belt strip may be joined to other belt strip or may be fixed to belt area of items or to other belt strip.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to reduce cost of absorbing item as a result of simple and cost-effective design of belt strips.
