SUBSTANCE: group of inventions concerns personal hygiene products, namely disposable absorbent products, and is used for collecting body exudates. The disposable absorbent product can contain a basic structure containing a water-permeable upper layer, a back layer, and an absorbent body located between the upper layer and the back layer; and a catch attached to the back waist zone of the basic structure so that said catch at least partially projects transversely outside from the longitudinal edge of the basic structure in the back waist zone. Additionally, the product includes a holding system that comprises a hooking element in close proximity to a distal edge of the catch, and a receiving element provided on the basic structure within the front waist zone. The catch can overlap the space between the front waist zone and the back waist zone after the hooking element and the receiving element have been clutched. The catch has such displacements from linear projections of the front and back waist edges, that total displacement does not exceed 12 mm.
