METHOD OF TREATING VARIOUS FORMS OF PYODERMA BY METHOD OF RADIO-FREQUENCY ELECTROPUNCTURE Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC A61N1/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: treatment of pyoderma consisting in application of electric current is carried out. Pulse-periodic mode of supplying current of radio-frequency range is used, duration of pulses of said current lies within the range 200±50 mcs, pulse recurrence rate of said current is in range 1000±100 Hz, electrode in form of needle with diametre 0.3-0.5 mm is introduced into skin of biological object at angle 90±5° to the depth 3-12 mm. In case of focal forms of pyoderma introduction of said electrode into skin of biological object is performed on focus perimetre with step 3-5 mm. In case of disseminated forms of pyoderma introduction of said electrode into skin is performed on skin lines of biological object with step 8±2 mm between neighbouring punctures and between rows. Frequency of carrying out treatment courses is one time in seven days. In case of focal forms of pyoderma course of treatment constitutes from 1 to 3 times, in case of disseminated and chronic forms of pyoderma course of treatment constitutes from 6 to 9 times.

EFFECT: method is painless, bloodless, allows to reduce treatment terms, to increase efficiency of performed treatment.
