FIELD: oil and gas production.
SUBSTANCE: crude oil is supplied to evaporation zone 1 and further successively to all zones of evaporation 2, 3, 4, 5. Zone of refining of evaporated fraction 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 is made over each zone of evaporation 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Evaporation of fractions is achieved due to recuperating heat exchange between multi-component mixture supplied from the first zone of evaporation 1 alternately to each successive zone of evaporation upon evaporation of next in turn fraction and by fractions alternately supplied from zones of refining starting from the last zone of refining 9 of the heaviest fraction produced by electric heating 7 of evaporation zone 5.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of separation of multi-component mixture, upgraded quality of produced products and simplification of process regulation.
