FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: method for dry enrichment of wollastonite ore includes coarse and medium crushing of ore, drying of material, roentgenoluminescence separation of crushed material, classification of material into fractions, magnetic separation in belt conveyor, magnetic separation in roller magnetic separator with separation of wollastonite concentrate of various fraction from admixtures, grinding, and also extraction of dusty particles of material. Drying of material is carried out in gap between coarse and medium crushing, and roentgenoluminescence separation is carried out on completion of medium crushing stage. Classification into fractions is carried out directly after roentgenoluminescence separation by means of subsequent performance of impact grinding, magnetic separation on belt conveyor and air classification, afterwards magnetic separation is carried out on roller separator. Extraction of dusty particles of material is carried out at stages of coarse and medium grinding, and also at stage of impact ore grinding. All extracted dusty particles are fed to one of rollers of magnetic separator. Wollastonite concentrate of one or more fraction is dried, afterwards electrostatic separation of dried concentrate is carried out with separation of admixtures from it. Then air classification of product obtained after electrostatic separation of product is carried out with its separation into fractions with various sizes. One or more fractions of products are additionally ground, afterwards electrostatic charge is picked up.

EFFECT: improved quality of product, lower yield of wollastonite into wastes.
