FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of ore pretreatment of oxidized and mixed ores for leaching consists in consecutive size reduction by ore crushing by means of dry method. Reduction is implemented in 4 stages: till fineness minus 300-350 mm, till fineness minus 50-75 mm, till fineness minus 10-20 mm and till fineness, providing surface opening of oxidized minerals of copper no less than 50%. Screening is implemented after each of the first three crushing stages with screening and direction of finished fineness fraction of the following stage into corresponding crushing stage or final crushing product, with implementation of closing stage of crushing by impact centrifugal method.
EFFECT: effectiveness increase of copper extraction, more full and selective surface opening of oxidised minerals, reduction of equipment quantity for crushing and power consumption.
