FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cutter consists of case in form of disk with multitude of cutting parts arranged along its peripheral surface, of central aperture, of at least two radially directed slots opened into central opening, of two elements of hub located on each side of case; also each element has internal side wall contacting corresponding side surface of case. Two hub elements have identical central openings, and one element has a projecting part of a round shape passing in an axial direction and concentric with the central opening. The projecting part has external surface interacting with internal surface of the case aperture. Each element of the hub has at least two blind openings formed on internal side walls, while the projecting part has at list two recesses each corresponding to a certain blind opening and is located opposite to a corresponding slot of the case. The blind openings of one element of the hub are arranged coaxially with the blind openings of another element of the hub. Also a dowel element is inserted partially in each slot of the case and partially in the corresponding recess of the hub element and has a through hole in between and coaxial to a corresponding pair of the blind openings of the hub. Each through hole and the corresponding pair of blind openings form a cavity; also a pin is located in each cavity.
EFFECT: expanded process functionality due to hub replacement.
