FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: kit is designed for installation on the frame of agricultural machinery. The kit contains: a driving device with a spring protection in the form of a rack in the middle of which the longitudinal teeth are placed. The rack is located in the gear hub in a tube with a flange. In the cavity of the tube a compression spring is installed, which is closed with the lid with a hole in the center. The rack with an upper threaded end hoes through the hole in the lid and is mounted. The flange of a pipe with a lid and a mounting plate are attached on the frame of the agricultural machinery. At the lower end of the rack two axes are welded to an angle and to an angle of attack. On the axes bearings are mounted in the housing with a flange. On the flange a flange adapter with mounting holes is mounted. On both sides of the adapter there are protrusions for fixing the tool to the body of the drive. The disk tool in the initial completeness has a round flat bracket on which inside plane the mounting rectangular slots are made. In each slot along the axis with the intervals the fastener-mounting holes are made. In the slots polyurethane seal with the holes is laid, and holders with blade cutters welded on the bottom, deployed relative to the holder. There are different versions of location of the blade cutters in a circle: in order of "zigzag", "herringbone" and others. The bracket is rigidly fastened with a working drive. In the bracket and the disk mounting holes are made for change working parts. In the center of the bracket and the disk a hole for the drive is made. Each blade cutter has a circular outline and a mounting pad with bevels with a sharp cutting edge. At the bevels on the circle, segment cuts with cutting edge are made. On the cutter circle the holes are made for mounting of change working parts. At that on the edge of the contour of the working disk the bevels with a sharp cutting edge are made on both sides. At the bevels in spaces between the mounted blade cutters the segment cuts having bevels with cutting edge are made. From the side of the bracket and the disk on the edge of the board the complete segment-studded levelers are mounted. On the tyre of the leveler the pins are inserted, which are pointed to the bottom, and the segment flange is welded. The levelers are fixed on the edge of the bracket and the disk. The kit of universal tools with a rack-body drive is equipped with a large number of interchangeable working parts and interchangeable blade cutters, as well as interchangeable holders, interchangeable drive racks.
