FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: glue in the form of glue strips in longitudinal direction is applied onto glass tissue cloth. Glass tissue cloths are cut into stocks in direction, which is perpendicular to glue strips. Honeycomb packet is assembled from produced stocks by means of laying of each stock versus another one with shift by half of glue strips pitch. Stocks of honeycomb packet are glued in compliance with specified mode. Heat stabilisation is carried out at the temperature that exceeds temperature of glue polymerisation by 10-30°C. Honeycomb unit is produced by means of honeycomb packet stretching. Honeycomb unit is impregnated with polymer binder with its further thermal hardening. At the same time heat stabilisation is carried out for the time of at least 2 hours after stretching of honeycomb packet to a specified length, which provides for creation of honeycomb cells with proper shape, or by value of at least 50% from specified length with further additional stretching after heat stabilisation till specified length, which provides for proper shape of honeycomb cells.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase evenness of interlayer strength of honeycomb unit along the whole length of glue strips in process of large-sized honeycomb units manufacturing, to eliminate local thermodestruction of glue strips, and to reduce time of glue strips heat stabilisation in honeycomb.
