FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: on a glass tissue web in longitudinal direction they apply glue strips with the specified pitch, dry them, and cut the web into stocks in the direction perpendicular to glue strips, the cellular package is assembled from stocks by laying with displacement of each stock relative to adjacent glue strips by half of the pitch, the stocks of the cellular package are glued in a press at the specified temperature and pressure, and the cellular block is produced by stretching of the cellular package, the cellular block is fixed in an impregnation frame by means of vertical installation of detachable impregnation rods in a loop of stretching elements, glued to both sides of the cellular package, the cellular block is impregnated with a polymer binder and hardened according to the specified mode. The hardened cellular block is cut into cellular panels.

EFFECT: increased quality of a filler, manufacturability and efficiency, and also reduction of a level of fire and explosion hazard, improved environmental compatibility from impregnation of a cellular block with a polymer binder.
