FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed vacuum unit comprises housing, vacuum pump (10) with control unit (17) to control liquid level in evacuated intake tank (1) with the help of liquid level signaliser, pressure pickup (4) to control rarefaction in vacuum pipeline of intake tank and fouling of outlet filter (8) communicated with atmosphere. In response to control unit signal, solenoid valve (5) opens and closes vacuum pipeline and solenoid valve (6) that serves to blow down vacuum pump, and control vacuum pump operation by temperature pickup (7). Vacuum unit comprises fan and heating element. Vacuum pipeline is furnished with filer-separator arranged downstream of liquid level signaliser. Note here that aforesaid casing represents a thermostatic thermally insulated structure.
EFFECT: higher reliability and stability at whatever temperatures, ease of operation and reduced power consumption.
