FIELD: transport engineering; intensive heavy-load operation structures.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fastening of rails on crane and main beams of railway bridges. Proposed unit contains pair of rails with single-side feet, rail baseplate with foot following in its lower surface tubular belt of crane-footing beam. Central ridge and side tilted ridges are made on foot of rail baseplate. Said ridges form two longitudinal channels to receive rails. Rails fitted in channel are in tight contact by lower surfaces of heads with upper end face of central ridge, and by side surfaces of necks, with side surfaces of central ridge. Central ridge has thinned portion to facilitate fitting of rails into channels. Clearance is formed between rails fitted in channels and side ridges. L-shaped clamps are tightly fitted in said clearance. Free end of each clamp rests on bolt designed for jacking up end of L-shaped clamp and reliable friction clamping of pair of rails in rail baseplate.
EFFECT: reduced labor input at mounting and demounting of rails and material usage owing to combined operation of rail unit and crane beam.
