FIELD: crane tracks designed for heavy duty operation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit of connection of arch rail with tubular belt of crane-rafter beam of asymmetrical profile is furnished with rail baseplate. Baseplate is made continuous with feet following surface of beam tubular belt, and is provided with longitudinal rib following space of arch rail for fixing the rail. Continuous rib found on head of arch rail at its side is designed for interaction with guide rollers of bridge crane, thus preventing derailment of crane. Unit has clamps for fixing arch rail on said baseplate and support table for interaction with lower end face of baseplate connected with tubular belt.
EFFECT: improved reliability in operation.
