FIELD: catalytic, electrode, superconducting and SHF materials manufacture. SUBSTANCE: working solution containing 0.1-10.0 per cent by mass of metal components of complex oxide, 5.0-20.0 per cent by mass of polyvinyl alcohol, water being the balance is prepared. Working solution is injected with 1.0-50.0, per cent by mass of water-soluble crystallizing polymer, for example, polyethyleneoxide or polyethyleneglicol. Solution is applied layer by layer on article with intermediate drying and heating of at least two layers at 400-680 C till organic components are removed. These operations are carried out with coaxial displacement of article. Then final firing at 600-1000 C is performed. Additional injection of polymer ensures emergence of viscous medium easily spreading over surface with rotation where decomposition of salt components takes place. This provides for manufacture of uniform coats on internal surfaces of articles. EFFECT: facilitated manufacture of films.
