FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to prepare heat-resistant concretes and items on their basis, manufacturing of monolithic elements of heat apparatuses linings, for production of gunned material masses, heat resistant mortars and dry mixtures with temperature of application of 1400-1700°C. Heat-resistant binder contains the following components, wt %: calcium bialuminate - CaO·2Al2O3 - 34-54, monocalcium aluminate - CaO·Al2O3- 14-20, twelve-calcium seven-aluminate - 12CaO·7Al2O3- 4-6, magnesium-aluminous chrome-containing spinel - MgO·(Al, Cr)2O3 - 15 - 32, corundum chromite - (Al, Cr)2O3 - 8-13.
EFFECT: improved fire resistance, temperature of deformation under load, increased residual strength and lower shrinkage after heating, ability to gain grade strength in process of hardening under normal conditions and steaming, cheapening of binder, broader raw materials base due to usage of industrial wastes.
