FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: fireproof concrete mix contains the following components, wt %. a fireproof filler based on a chromite calcium hexaaluminate produced by burning highly aluminous slag of metal chrome production at 1500-1750°C with its subsequent grinding to the specified grain size - 0-6 mm 65.0-70.0, finely dispersed matrix composition of fraction of less than 0.063 mm, containing corundum, baked and reactive aluminas at the ratio of 1.5:1.5:1.0, 20.0-25.0, highly aluminous cement 5.0-10.0 and deflocculant on the basis of polycarboxylate ethers 0.1-0.2 (over 100%). In another version a fireproof concrete mix contains the following components, wt %: the specified fireproof filler 55-57, a finely dispersed matrix composition of fraction of less than 0.063 mm, containing magnesium alumina spinel, baked and reactive aluminas at the ratio of 1.5:1.5:1.0, 20-25, highly aluminous cement 5.0-10.0 and deflocculant on the basis of polycarboxylate ethers 0.1-0.2 (above 100%), and magnesium alumina spinel of fraction of 0-0.5 mm 10.0-13.0. In the third version a fireproof concrete mix contains the following components, wt %: the specified fireproof filler 50.0-57.0, a finely dispersed matrix composition of fraction of less than 0.063 mm, containing corundum, baked and reactive aluminas at the ratio of 1.5:1.5:1.0, 20-25, highly aluminous cement 5.0-10.0, deflocculant on the basis of polycarboxylate ethers 0.1-0.2 (above 100%), silicon carbide of fraction of 0-2 mm 13.0-20.0.

EFFECT: higher maximum temperature of concrete application, provision of its permanent volume, reduced concrete softening, higher temperature of its deformation under load.
