FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to mining and may be used in reinforcement of mines contour, when required length of anchor exceeds height of mine. Rope anchor consists of support head, rope, bush from loose material with binder and retaining element inside well, couplings for connection of rope wire ends with threaded rod of tail. Internal conical surface of coupling interacts with external wires of rope, between which there is a conical bush arranged on central wire with radial cut of wall. Also rope anchor consists of standard support elements and support nut outside well. At the same time support head is manufactured with axial hole for central wire of rope and long channels on external surface with depth, which corresponds to diametre of inserted wires of rope, which are fixed behind support head. Retaining element is arranged in the form of circular element of spiral conical elastic tape helix, which is diametrically compressed prior to assembly of anchor with the help of bracket inserted between wires of rope.

EFFECT: increased reliability of mines contour reinforcement due to provision of possibility to develop high preliminary tension immediately after assembly of anchor.
