FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: flexible locking-sealing device is intended for force locking and sealing goods vans and containers of railroad transport, warehouses and storages. The device consists of a cable section, one end of which is preliminary fixed in a case, while another is freely pulled through the case during locking, forms a loop and is fixed in it by means of two similar fixing elements. The case is made with internal conic surface inside of which there is arranged a cartridge with a through hole. Fixing elements are made in form of wedges, each installed in a corresponding seat of the cartridge and designed to perform lengthwise motion. A separator is located in the case; the separator spring loads wedges in the seat of the cartridge during assembly of the device and at its preparing to lock. The cartridge and separator are made removable. An inlet hole into the case is made step-wise; a sprocket resting on the cartridge is freely arranged in the inlet hole. A thermo-treated pin is pressed into a hole through a fixed cable; this hole is made perpendicular to side surface of the case from the side of cable crimping. The case has an opening for an additional holder of the cable; the holder is made in form of a screw with a spherical head and a circular groove in the zone of breaking; also the opening is located at angle to the side surface of the case.

EFFECT: facilitating high degree of prevention of unlocking and simplifying process of cable locking.
