SUBSTANCE: device has a first radio-transmitting device, having a code generator, a frequency synthesiser, a radio signal transmitter, pulse distributors, six encoders, a radio receiving device, having a channel for processing stereo-pair frame codes, each having a receiving registers, three decoders, three units for doubling readings, three frame code accumulators, three pulse amplifiers, as well as a right- and left-side flat panel screens and separate viewing field glasses.
EFFECT: low power consumption of the radio transmitting and receiving devices, as well as formation of an image on a monitor without horizontal and vertical scanning, providing stereo image mode.
