FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: patients without cardiac anomalies are exposed to invasive measurement of diastolic, pulse blood pressure. Stroke volume is calculated by formula: SV = (90.97+0.54×PP-0.57×DBP-0.61×A)×f; where SV is stroke volume; PP is pulse pressure; DBP is diastolic blood pressure; A is age, in years, f is a matching coefficient. The matching coefficient is evaluated considering the heart rate.
EFFECT: method allows improving accuracy of determination of central hemodynamic indicators, detecting circulatory system malfunction and correcting circulatory system status of the patient in proper time.
