FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to construction of manifold pipeline reduces by method of directional drilling. Method to control ballasting of pipeline pulled in horizontal well under water and other natural obstacles by horizontal drilling plant joined to drill column of pipes, expander, swivel device, pulled pipeline joined to system of water makeup. Besides panel for control of water makeup to pulled pipeline is installed additionally. In head part of pulled pipeline they install navigation device, measure, in process of pipeline pulling, zenith angle of pulled pipeline in point of measurement and compare its value to value of zenith angle of pilot well in point, which corresponds to point of pulled pipeline zenith angle measurement. Besides if value of zenith angle of pulled pipeline in point of measurement is less than value of pilot well zenith angle in point corresponding to point of pulled pipeline zenith angle measurement, then water is made up to pulled pipeline until values of abovementioned angles equal each other.

EFFECT: reduced traction force in process of pipeline pulling, reduced pulling time and preservation of pipeline insulation coat integrity.
