FIELD: drilling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for monitoring the angles of the bottom of a borehole for horizontal directional drilling (HDD), is applied during trenchless laying of engineering communications. Proposed is a system for monitoring the profile of the bottom of a borehole at the stages of expansion when building communications by the horizontal directional drilling method, containing a computer, software installed thereon for processing and constructing the profile of the bottom of the borehole, an apparatus for monitoring the angles of the bottom of the borehole, configured to be connected to a computer. Said apparatus for monitoring the angles of the bottom of the borehole consists of a body with accelerometers installed therein, an electronic board with a processor, an information recording and storage apparatus, and a power source.
EFFECT: provided possibility of determining and monitoring the angles of the borehole trajectory after each expansion in order to correct the geometry of introducing the siphon head into the borehole, obtaining real statistical data on the geometry of the borehole, processing said data and constructing a profile of the bottom of the borehole.
