FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry, particularly to designs of uncooled supersonic jet nozzles made from composite materials. Proposed nozzle mouth joint assembly comprises lining made from erosion-resistant material, for example carbon fiber-reinforced plastic and extension made from carbon-carbon composite materials with cylindrical flanging. The latter envelopes aforesaid lining over its outer surface to form continuous inner surface of the nozzle and rest upon end face flange arranged on lining outer surface. Sleeve made from erosion-resistant material is fitted on extension flanging to be jointed to flanging outer surface with the help of plugs made from erosion-resistant material and, with the help of glue, to aforesaid lining. Said plugs have a truncated cone shape. Flanging inner surface abuts on flanging outer surface.
EFFECT: higher reliability of joint.
