FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be implemented at vessels of heat-power equipment with split covers. Fasteners consist of collars of tips of connected parts, of a washer between them, of a collar tie enveloping tip collars and of thread connection strengthening halves of the collar tie. Coaxial holes are made in tip collars of connected parts; these holes receive a pin passing through a hole of an eye bolt, axis of which lies in plane of connected parts in radial direction; also threaded connection comes out through a bridge of the collar tie.

EFFECT: firm engagement of connected parts is achieved at applying moderate force for tightening.
