FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials. Proposed metal form represents a closed chamber for filling in concrete mix formed by bottom and sides furnished with groove-formers, detachable chamfer-formers and hinged swinging devices. It comprises stops arranged on its every side and rigidly coupled with bottom. They represent strips with side that features inclination of 15±0.5 mm towards concrete filling chamber. Every detachable chamfer-former features inclination of 15±0.5 mm on the stop side, while, on chamber side, its inclination makes 5±0.5 mm towards the side opposite of aforesaid inclination. Also, every detachable chamfer-former is furnished with limiters rigidly coupled therewith and representing ledges inclined towards concrete filling chamber for 5±0.5 mm. axle of hinge in every swinging device is shifted below bottom surface through 100 to 110 mm and sits on the line passing through outer angular point of groove-former and spaced apart from groove-former lower surface for the angle of 6 to 15 degrees.
