FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to production of products from plastic materials. Proposed method comprises extrusion of polymer pipe, its modification, heating, drawing and subsequent cooling. Note here that drawing of heated hose is effected to have hose diametre reduced 1.1 to 2 times. It is also possible to deform the hose heated to plastic state in cross section by producing folds or dents so that hose cross section are reduced 1.5 to 3 times as compared to initial, prior to heating, hose sizes. It is also possible to draw the hose, heated to plastic state, to reduce its diametre 1.1 to 2 times. Then, heated hose can be deformed in cross section so that is its sizes are 1.5 to 3 times smaller than starting diametre of the hose.
