SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry, particularly, to main hydraulic cylinders of hydraulic systems. In compliance with the first version, hydraulic cylinder piston front part has a ring with through grooves, ring OD not exceeding that of piston outer part guide. Front piston part has through crosswise bore and outer circular groove. Main sealer is fitted in housing groove to contact ring outer surface or outer surface of the piston outer side guide. In compliance with the second version, piston is made from polymer material wherein lengthwise slots are made. Main sealing element is fitted in the groove to come in contact with locking ledges or outer surface of the guide. In compliance with third version, piston front part has through lengthwise grooves to form lengthwise elements and main sealing element sits in housing groove to contact piston lengthwise elements or outer surface of the guide .
