SUBSTANCE: cast alloy on aluminium base contains following components, wt %: silicon 12.0-13.0, copper 2,5-3.5, magnesium 1.0-1.5, nickel 1.0-1.5, manganese 0.30-0.75, titanium 0.10-0.20, zinc 0.20-0.50, chromium 0.10-0.20, aluminium - the rest.
EFFECT: upgraded mechanical properties, impact viscosity, thermo-resistance, wear resistance, reduced hardness and reduced probability of hot cracks occurring in cast items.
